I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, identity, trauma, and relational challenges. In the modern day environment that we are part of, anxiety, depression, grief, and other forms of psychological suffering often exist but have no room for recognition or beholding. The work we do together is transformative in the relationship we have with ourselves, and therefore, with others.

I believe healing is an orientation toward life — and I would be honoured to accompany you on yours.

Therapeutic Approach

My role as a therapist is to be a steady presence alongside people as they move through the work of growth and truer self-expression. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions — those who see such challenges not as obstacles to be overcome, but as pathways toward wholeness.

I believe the psyche carries its own intelligence — one that knows the way when listened to with care and curiosity. In our work together, we create the conditions for that inner wisdom to emerge.
